Use of Recording Devices

The purpose of this policy is to ensure the appropriate use of recording devices within the Colorado Community College System (CCCS or System). Recording devices serve a legitimate purpose in protecting the CCCS community and CCCS operations. Recording devices shall be used only in accordance with System President’s procedure. Nothing in this policy shall be deemed to create a right to use recording devices in a manner that exceeds or is inconsistent with such procedures.
This policy applies to all employee(s), student(s), authorized volunteer(s), guest(s), or visitor(s) within the System.
The System President shall promulgate procedures necessary to implement this policy.
